Radio DJ Chris Evans favourite story about the Enchanted Manor Badgers eating Kellogg's Cornflakes

I just got a message from Maggie from the Enchanted Manor to tell me that Radio DJ Chris Evans loved the recent story in the paper about their Enchanted Manor Badgers eating Kellogg's Cornflakes. How exciting! We stayed at the Enchanted Manor last year and our little angel sat outside with Bob, Josephine Wall's husband watching the badgers tuck into their favourite meal. Well you know children, this was truly a magical time for her and Bob became her best friend "I miss Bob" was all we heard on the way home and how she missed the badgers. Here is our Enchanted Manor song based on the stunning retreat as well as Josephine Walls beautiful paintings. Badgers invite you to dinner at the Enchanted Manor see video below:

Please leave a comment! And if you would love to see real badgers then you must book a break at the Enchanted Manor. Ric and Maggie are so friendly and welcoming you end up feeling like family and you just do not want to leave. The Enchanted Manor Gardens as you can see in the video above are truly magical a real fairytale place with beautiful sea views. The accommodation is pure luxury and they have won numerous awards, which you can see on their website. They have also been on the TV show Under the Hammer, which is also on You Tube.

Enchanted Manor fairytale wedding venue with fairytale gardens

I created this image using some of fairy artist Josephine Wall's artwork from the Enchanted Manor and my own image in the middle of the beautiful fairy bride. There are some videos on You Tube about the Enchanted Manor, make sure you pick the right one as this one is in the Isle of Wight, UK. They were on the TV programme Under the Hammer and have won numerous awards. The ideal retreat for any honeymoon couple.

Something old, Something new, Something borrowed, Something blue, what a lovely rhyme.

Butterfly Lullaby Tiara designed by Sharon J. Bainbridge for the Butterfly Fairy Princess (Butterfly Lullaby children's book)

I designed this beautiful butterfly tiara for the Butterfly Princess who is the main character in my Butterfly Lullaby fairy story, but then ended up using the butterfly tiara for the Queen Butterfly fairy.

You can see pictures of the Queen Butterfly Fairy here in this video wearing the tiara from the Butterfly Lullaby book.

The song on this video is not from the Butterfly Lullaby story. But singer Jakson Lee created the music and Bruce Parker did the lyrics. Louise Bedford has an amazing voice, don't you think? I wonder what she is doing now. The song should have been a smash hit, but it is the same old story image over talent i.e. you have to be some skinny winni to get anywhere (if you look like a stick you are in!) Bring back Marylin Monroe.

The picture of the Queen Butterfly I created using a picture of bumble bee wings and changing the colour.

How to make a frog using self drying clay, plastercine, Playdough, Polymer clay or home made stuff

When my little angel took her homemade frog into school she came back with a massive list of things to make for all her friends in her class. I thought it would be easier to upload a video so they can have a go at making a frog or something else them self. Also take a look at our real frogs in the other videos below.

How to make a frog using any type of clay, plastercine, Playdough or Polymer clay:

Our little frog floating on his apple boat in our garden:

Our tadpoles grew into baby frogs. Don't use tap water! We used rain water and kept them in our fish tank. Fish flakes are a good source of food for tadpoles. They get to go back outside when they have turned into frogs. Freedom!

I made this handmade pink bag with butterflies, bumble bees & dragonflies - Sharon J. Bainbridge from Butterfly Lullaby

I made this little handmade pink bag with butterflies, bumble bees and dragonflies for little Jodie who has Cystic Fibrosis. I also made her a little handmade aceo box to put little art cards in as she loves to draw.

The material I used for the bag is just from an old skirt, but I think it is really pretty.

I also wrote a little song for Jodie to raise money for a Cystic Fibrosis cure, called Jodie fight to breathe which is on i tunes and Amazon. Please have a listen even if you don't buy it. All money our end goes to Cystic Fibrosis with no expenses taken out. Jakson Lee is the artist/musician.

I have lots of craft videos on You Tube under Butterfly Lullaby Ltd so if you like that sort of thing subscribe:

How to make a miniature handmade fairy spoon for your dolls house and fairy garden the Butterfly Lullaby way

You have to admit my little handmade miniature spoon is rather sweet. And the good thing about it is, it will not cost you the earth to make. You probably have all you need to make it and the rest of the miniature fairy tea set sitting in your kitchen cupboard already, so this fairy tea set will be free to make. Cheaper than Polymer clay and self drying clay. And I personally love the natural look.

Here is one of my You Tube videos on how to make this lovely little miniature fairy spoon, can you guess what I used?

Would you like to find out how to make the rest of the miniature fairy tea set? Well subscribe to my blog here on Google and my You Tube videos, that way you will not miss out:

Flower fairy garden tea set - cheap & cheerful the alternative to Polymer Fimo and oven clays the Butterfly Lullaby way

I love polymer Fimo clay and have used it for my other Butterfly Lullaby tea sets. The only problem is when you are finding things tough financially, it is an expensive modelling clay as you have to buy all the different colours, and you do not get very much for your money.

Here is a cheap bargain, alternative to oven based clays and self drying clays. Can you guess what I used? And how I made it? Would you like to find out how I made this gorgeous little miniature Butterfly Lullaby fairy flower tea set?

I personally love the look of this oven type modelling clay. It gives a lovely natural look for your fairy garden.

Leave me a comment. I have created videos on how to make this little fairy tea set and happy to share, but you have to subscribe to me on You Tube and on my Google Blog (and please leave me a message to let me know which of my crafts you are interested in.)

Olypics 2012 places to visit in Weymouth, Dorset - Magical Upwey Wishing Well has it's own fairy wishing well song

If you are going to the 2012 Olympics in Weymouth / Portland, Dorset (UK) you must visit the Upwey Wishing Well. It is the most magical place I have ever been to. And that is why I gave them a free mention in my fairy story and used their beautiful wishing well in my fairy book Butterfly Lullaby. Here are the original pictures I took of the Upwey Wishing well back in 2005. When I saw the Upwey Wishing Well I was very inspired and the wishing well is a big part of my story. The fairies travel through the wishing well to get from one place to another. And the Evil Prince Stinger is able to look into the wishing well waters and see the future and past. I just know this story would make an amazing film as I am more visual than anything else. I forgot to mention singer Jakson Lee originally comes from Weymouth. I think they should book him to sing at the Olympics, what do you think?

Here is our Fairy wishing well song and pictures from the fairy book Butterfly Lullaby:

The fairy wishing well song is on i Tunes and Amazon, my partner Jakson Lee is the singer/songwriter. That is Jakson Lee without the 'c' in Jakson. Sadly a lady in Government has the same name as him, which causes all sorts of problems in the search engines. But we will struggle on! The wishing well song is on the Butterfly Lullaby album (artist Jakson Lee.)

Must get back to making the fairy tea set. Hope you will leave some comments and wish us luck.

Free butterfly, ladybird, dragonfly pattern for children to colour in and make butterfly crafts

See below video of what you can make with the free butterfly, dragonfly and ladybird pattern for children, creating children's crafts the Butterfly Lullaby way:

Here is the free children's colouring in pattern for creating butterfly pegs, ladybird pegs and dragonfly pegs. Really cute and fun things for children to make over the summer holidays. Just click on the image and save to your desktop.

My online shop may be up and running soon. So if you wanted to you could purchase the clothes pegs from Butterfly Lullaby send me a message. I was hoping to get a sponsor for an art and crafts shop on my website so Mum's can sell their crafts on my website with no upfront fees, but like everything in this world nothing is ever easy. It is hard being a Mum as most Mum's (Mom's) want to be with their children but have to work away from home, come back to all the housework etc and don't really get any quality time with their children. Working from home would be much better for Mum's (Mom's) - what do you think?
