Mybuilder.com UK

Mybuilder.com UK has been recommended by my partners brother. Sadly he lives too far away and has too much work on to help us sort this house out, which I was seriously mis-sold on.

Justice is yet to be served, the rich are not allowed to treat the less fortunate the way they do and I intend on putting a stop to it! Most people would just plaster the walls and get out. But I am not passing this problem and the hell we have been through as a family onto any other poor family with children.

My partners brother has recommended the following work. Problem is with my partners awful job that does not always pay him on his commissions we could end up using the money borrowed for the house to stop us getting in debt again. Things need to change in the UK. This Olympic and Paralympic Inspire a new generation needs to be put into practise with families, making sure all children get the support they need. Roof: Does the roof have felt? (No the Mortgage company did not pick up on it and the Insurance company refuse to pay out because of it!) Couple of the slates might have dropped also the ridge tiles look to be in a poor condition- they have been laid badly. There is no over hang on the roof tiles, either side! there should also be soffit or fascias boards,Take a look at your neighbours house to see what i mean. They may have rendered it to thick before & now it's flush with the tiles! Does the roof have any vents in the soffit boards (NO,) where the gutter runs along- front & back? Is there Defiantly no leaks in the loft? (Was told that the roof should be completely dark with no light, there is light coming in) Check any pipe work up there, & have you been up there when its raining, to check? Get a roofer in to see what he thinks!  Good site for recommend trades is  www.mybuilder.com - you can post on there what jobs you need doing & get competitive quotes, along with reviews on the standard of workmanship. Right hand gable end: Cement render with cracks - it needs to be removed to expose brickwork- every time it rains, the water will get into the cracks & the moisture gets trapped in between the brick & render with no way of it escaping, making it constantly damp. This is the main factor for most of the problems you have on that side of the building. Solutions: After render & plaster(internal) is removed & it has a good length of time to dry out( might be worth hiring a dehumidifier to help dry it out quicker) -Dpm ( damp proof membrane) can be installed into the bed joint of the brickwork, 120mm above ground level. -9x3 Air bricks or periscope vents, can be installed to provide ventilation beneath sub floor( below floor boards) -re plaster internal walls -repair or restore brickwork if needed! -re render with cement or lime mortar as this is a breathable- recommended (3/1 NHL natural hydraulic lime & well graded sharp sand) Your main problem is the render! Depending what's underneath, it might be worth thinking about taking the whole lot off & going back to brickwork. Amount of jobs I get in because of cement render problems!! But to be honest, it looks a lot worse than it is. Flat roof has a 20 year guarantee Flat roof has 20 year guarantee, but has black mould coming in my daughters room. My friend said it could be because it was laid in the rain when I was buying the property. Any advice. I can send pictures!

MESSAGE TO ROOFER/BUILDER

I write a blog for Mothers and with support will be setting up a special network for struggling mothers world wide so Mothers can all earn from home by helping one another reach our goals for our children's sake. So if you do an excellent job I will promote you with the before and after pictures and your service + videos. We need an honest person as the house has made my little girl and I ill with asthma. Mis-sold and financially we are in big mess because of greedy employers. We really need a no win no fee solicitor! My daughter should not be crying because the house makes her ill. Compassion and help is what is needed in the UK! And above all the rich need to learn to share as why should poor people work for peanuts! It is wrong!

My mission is to change all children's and mothers lives worldwide. Because no family should suffer! 3.5 million children in Britain suffering from poverty. Why? It needs to stop and we need to team up and put a stop to it, helping mothers earn from the Internet in groups using the Library! Anything is possible if you care enough. Dream big, get things done and change the world!
