Melody Lego Figure

Melody created a self portrait of herself, as a Lego Figure, with her friend on Portland Beach. I just adore children's art. Maybe one day when our world is child, mother and family friendly, kids will have their own art gallery.

Life is a little bit like a Lego Brick, you are forever having to knock the brick walls down. Here is Melody's jingle for her old radio show "Never too old for Lego." To say I am really annoyed with the Internet, is an understatement. Our world needs to beef up and start putting children, mothers and families first. Even though we had to quit this radio show because the radio owner and  Internet gets away with disrespecting children, mothers and families. I will never give up on real justice and will force change! You only have to read the papers and look on You Tube to see we have a serious problem with regards to lack of respect and protection for our children, mothers and families. Open your eyes and be the hero/heroine every child needs!

Melody made this Super Mummy loom doll for me. I am her heroine, because I protect her from bullies. All children need a hero/heroine!

TOOTHLESS LEGO FIGURE

Melody, my daughter, drew this brilliant character of Toothless as a Lego Figure. She even included the author of How to train your dragon, Cassida Cowell.

Melody used watercolour pencils, which she loves! If my blog had the gadget shop, like it used to, I would have added them to this blog. But lets face it Mum's, life is not made easy for us. We are not meant to earn real money from blogging. They make it as difficult as possible for us to work from home for a reason. See if you can work it out by researching the problems children face in state care and in state school. Maybe one day our world will be run by people who are child, mother and family friendly. Until that day comes, we just have to complain as much as possible to force change. So put on your Super Mummy outfit on, and start opening your eyes to real problems in our world. We need to be team players and stop sweeping real issues under the carpet. Get rid of that broom and get your cape on!

Melody loves this little Toothless costume for her Build a bear.

HOLD BACK THE RIVER LYRICS JAMES BAY

HOLD BACK THE RIVER LYRICS (ARTIST JAMES BAY)

Try to keep you close to me, but I got in between
Try to square not being their, they say that I should have been

Hold back the river, let me look in your eyes
Hold back the river so wide
And stop for a minute and see where you hide
Hold back the river, hold back

Once upon a different life, we rode our bikes into the sky
Now were caught against the tide, those distant days are flashing by

Hold back the river, let me look in your eyes
Hold back the river so wide
And stop for a minute and be by your side
Hold back the river, hold back

Hold back the river let me look in your eyes
Hold back the river so wide
And stop for a minute and see where you hide
Hold back the river, hold back

Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh woo oh

Lonely water, lonely water, want you let us wonder, let us hold each other
Lonely water, lonely water, want you let us wonder, let us hold each other

Hold back the river, let me look in your eyes
Hold back the river so wide
And stop for a minute and be by your side
Hold back the river, hold back

Hold back the river, let me look in your eyes
Hold back the river so wide
And stop for a minute and be by your side
Hold back the river, hold back

Lonely water, lonely water want you let us wonder, let us hold each other
Lonely water, lonely water want you let us wonder, let us hold each other

I typed these lyrics out from listening to the You Tube videos.
So if there are any mistakes, please let me know. Thanks.

Don't blame GOD song MELODY

Melody, my eleven year old daughter, came up with this song, "Don't blame God," after watching Fiddler on the roof. In the film the main character blames God for everything! She asked me "Why does he blame God for everything that goes wrong?" I replied "Yes I know, I ask myself the same question." Then I explained to her that everyone on this planet was born with free will. I believe if people acted more like team players and worked together, then we would really have a world to be proud of. We all know money and power causes corruption. So just imagine a world full of like minded people who not only care about their own children, but all children! We don't go to church, because I personally find all religions care more about recruiting and proving they are the one and only true religion, instead of being team players! And none of them seem to be doing anything political to protect children/women and families, which I find very strange!

DON'T BLAME GOD SONG, BY MELODY

FIDDLER ON THE ROOF
If I were a rich man
Oh dear lord. You made many, many poor people.

Cindy Woo, Melody's black rabbit, went missing this year. He had only just got to bond with Coco Boo, her grey rabbit. Thankfully Melody does not blame God. She is better than that!

MY LOCAL CHURCH

I went into my local church recently and asked if they would help mothers earn from home. The reply was pretty shocking. I was told "NO, WE NEED THE MONEY!" Well I think the god they are praying to must have horns and lives underground. This is exactly why I do not practice any religion. I am not saying there are not any good religious people. My Nan was one of the best. I never knew she went to church until she died and heard the vicar talk about her. She did so much for poor children and even got in debt trying to help them. And we have people like my Nan to thank for saving the £1.

MY NAN COULD HAVE BLAMED GOD FOR HER HORRIBLE CHILDHOOD ...
But she too was better than that!
