ORGANIC BANANA VEGETABLE VEGAN CURRY RECIPE

ORGANIC BANANA VEGETABLE VEGAN CURRY RECIPE

FLUKED, MUMMY BOO, ORGANIC BANANA VEGETABLE VEGAN CURRY RECIPE

(Serves 2.) So double or triple the recipe!
  • 4 Organic Bananas
  • 2 Organic Onions
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Carrot
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 6 Sweet Tomatoes (Baby tomatoes)
  • Half Pint of Distilled Water
  • 1 tablespoon of Organic Herbs and Spices (AMAZING one packet curry)
  • 1 teaspoon of Organic Sea Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
HOW TO MAKE THIS YUMMY CURRY

In a frying pan heat a teaspoon of Coconut oil.  Wait until the the Coconut oil has melted, then
add the chopped onions. Cook until golden. And leave to cool down.

Peel and chop four potatoes. And one carrot. Slice into small pieces. Wash and steam for 20 minutes. Until soft. But not too soft.

Then mash four Bananas in a saucepan. And add distilled water. I did not measure anything. But would guess I used nearly two mugs of water. Just under! You can always add more. Heat gently, and add four cloves of garlic. Then add the Organic Herbs and Spices (You get this from Organic Food Suppliers.) I put in about 2 tablespoons of the one packet Herbs and Spices mix, but if I were you, I would add slowly at first. You can always add more later on.

Add the onions to the Bananas and garlic. Mix well. Chop the baby tomatoes and add to the Banana mix. Then add the cooked potatoes and carrot.

Add salt to taste.

LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK!

OMB (Oh Mummy Boo) I have just fluked the most incredible Organic Banana Vegetable Vegan Curry. For my daughter to say "Mummy Boo, that tastes Amazing!" Is nothing short from a miracle. Melody is very fussy. And I mean FUSSY! But in a good way. She was the only kid growing up that hated chips. That is probably because I never really gave them to her. So when she had them round friends houses, and some mother forced her to eat them. She went to the bathroom and spat them out. GOOD GIRL! Her favourite dinner is mash, veg, yorkshire, stuffing and gravy (Nanny style.) However, my Nan would create her own gravy from scratch and add vegetables to taste.

When it comes to cooking and creating my own recipes, COOKING JUST AIN'T MY THING! I do it, but hate it. Probably because of all the washing up afterwards. And the fact I would rather be doing something far more interesting like painting or sewing with my daughter, Melody.

I am so proud of myself, that I made a curry, that was actually edible. But then when it comes to fluking things, sometimes it just works!

And yes, day three and no Inhaler, thanks to Organic Food! Just proves you have to stay away from pesticides and GMO's to be able to BREATHE EASY! Well I must update my Asthma Diary.

I leave you on this wonderful sunny day with my daughters MUMMY BOO song.

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND EVERYONE. AND IF YOU NEED ANY HELP GETTING HOLD OF THE ORGANIC HERBS AND SPICES, WHICH IS YUMMY! JUST SEND ME A MESSAGE ON YOU TUBE. And I will send you the link. They only deliver in the Swansea area.

And think about my idea about having a worldwide on-line shop that helps struggling families get back on their feet financially. Well away from the ELITE. We could sell old and new things. And original songs and art and craft downloads etc. Then we could really make a difference and set up real charities that actually help people, instead of profiting the greedy ELITE. Think about all the people using Food Banks right now. Things are not going to get better with NAZI CONSERVATIVES IN CONTROL. Mummy Boo knows best! And that means we need to be team players to get out of this mess! Message me and lets debate and build a team our children can be proud of!
